Vehicle maintenance, repair and performance preparation
Drift, what is it ?
Drift is a motorsport discipline where the driver deliberately makes the car slide through corners in a controlled way, playing with the balance between grip and power.
A true art of control, drift combines precision, technique, speed and style. The goal is not to be the fastest, but to achieve the most impressive angle, line and visual impact.
First popularized in Japan in the 1990s, drift has now become a global sport, with championships, shows and a passionate community.
Our approach
At
RMD Drift, we do things the right way: we start by developing, testing and pushing our own vehicles to the limit.
We want to understand every detail, every reaction, every setup in order to build cars that truly deliver:
angle, style, power.
Once we reach the level we aim for — when our cars speak for themselves —
we will open our preparation services to other drivers looking for a real drift setup, designed by enthusiasts, for enthusiasts.
Our drift project
At
ROM Motorsport Dynamics, we don’t do things halfway. To represent
RMD Drift at events, we are currently developing a Mazda RX-8
dedicated 100% to drifting.
The goal is simple: build a
reliable, aggressive car with serious angle
,
, reflecting our way of working and our vision of drift.
Everything is done in-house:
chassis, steering, weight reduction, cooling, suspension, reinforcements, looks…
Every modification is tested, adjusted and pushed until we find the setup that truly suits us.
This RX-8 is our rolling laboratory. It’s how we learn, improve and build the DNA of
RMD Drift: full angle, full style, full power.
Once the project is complete, we’ll use everything we’ve learned to develop
custom drift builds
for those who want a real setup designed by a team that drives, wrenches and lives drift every day.
